This is regarding Ms. Disa Das, 9 year old girl child (Hospital No: 5037414) from West Bengal. has been diagnosed with SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus) with acute chronic kidney disease, lupus nephritis, hypertensive emergency. She has been getting treatment under Dept. of Pediatric Nephrology in pediatrie ITU.

She was in PICU for 1 week and now shifted to PITU, she is undergoing hemodialysis on everyday basis through right femoral HD catheter. She will still require further ITU Stay and hospitalization. After the acute care of management, she will definitely require long term treatment for her chronic condition.

As per Our Medico Social worker evaluation this family belongs to low socio economic status. Child father is a driver and mother is a homemaker. The approximate expenses of current admission will be Rs.5,00,000 Her current hospitalization will be further 2 weeks.
